This site-specific installation was made as part of Sonntag, an exhibition project run by the artists April Gertler and Adrian Schiesser in their private apartment. The installation subtly alters the existing domestic setting, activating the furniture for an artistic statement. Out of the ever-shifting relationship between existence and imagination emerges a space of possibility. The installation explores this relatedness in arrangements of wood and glass. The concrete and the imaginary serve each other as models, creating mutual regulation, surplus, and shortfall — a complementary space.
